De un tiempo a esta parte siento que me persigue una canción: "Stairway to Heaven" de Led Zeppelin.
Donde quiera que voy, suena ella. Empiezo a mosquearme porque es una canción que siempre me pone melancólica; no, yo no le encuentro un significado "satánico", más bien me parece triste, desalentadora.
¿Será una señal? Pero ¿de qué tipo?

Has tocado una de mis 10 canciones favoritas, que también me ha dado mucho que pensar.
En primer lugar una referencia que tenía apuntada, pero que no se de dónde saqué:

Por mi parte, aunque no dudo de que así sea, se me ocurre que es algo más complejo sobre el sentimiento de impotencia para conseguir algo y que utiliza "imágenes" celtas tipo el señor de los anillos, que se lo estaban leyendo en aquella época para abstraer el mensaje.
Yo siempre me imaginé que era la historia de una persona a la que una riqueza material mal asimilada le condujo a una pobreza espiritual y a una adicción a las drogas y al ser consciente del hoyo en el que había caído y sentirse sin cercanía espiritual de otras personas se plantea un último chute, una escalera hacia el cielo, un atajo hacia nuestro final inevitable, siendo consciente de que lo que en realidad hace es "apostar por el suicidio" en esa última escapada.
No obstante el narrador le envía un mensaje de ánimo y sugiere a la protagonista que recuerde la melodía cálida de lo trascendente: de lo primordial. Le sugiere que se refugie en otras personas pues "en comunidad", cuando tiene el apoyo de otras almas, se pueden superar las sombras más alargadas, aquellas que pensamos que sólos no podemos superar.
En general me parece una llamada de atención ante cualquier sentimiento de impotencia que nos pide que recordemos que no importa cuan adversas pueden ser las circunstancias, pues con tu familia, con tus seres queridos, o con tus amigos si tienes suerte, y si no la tienes sencillamente, escuchando con mayor atención las voces del universo y el ánimo insuflado por las fuerzas positivas del universo, se puede superar cualquier trance por imposible que nos parezca a priori. Sólo hace falta tener confianza, saber escuchar y ser fuerte como una roca. Puede que el viento nos empuje y cambie nuestra posición, pero permaneceremos sólidos y sobreviviremos.
En este sentido da igual si va de lo que yo pienso, de la disyuntiva satánica en cuanto a decidir ponerse en contra a costa de perder el paraíso, de la disyuntiva de Lilith ante someterse a Adán (los humanos) o perder la gracia de Dios, la doble disyuntiva de Galadriel, entre huir o perder a su amado por un lado y, de fondo, cambiar su inmortalidad por un amor perecedero: el mensaje es siempre el mismo: por trascendentes que sean las decisiones que hayamos de tomar, por más que pensemos que no podremos superar los obstáculos que tenemos en frente, hemos de intentar no dejar de ser quienes somos realmente (mantener nuestra coherencia interna), buscar los apoyos, quizá sutiles, que respetan quiénes somos atemporalmente (nuestra potencialidad más que nuestra realidad) y afrontar la realidad sin esquivarla con soluciones cómodas, siendo conscientes, eso sí, de que casi siempre hay que pagar un precio, a veces alto, para SER y no sólo ESTAR.

Para mí esta canción siempre ha sido la historia de alguien que persigue algo inalcanzable, de alguien que vive fuera de la realidad. Por eso me pone triste. Pero me gusta tu interpretación positiva.
